Well it's a paradox - you can't have it both ways - a good company with high employee satisfaction and low employee turnover will necessarily have slower progression for junior staff because positions rarely become vacant.
Maybe the smart strategy if you think you are mentally tough is you go find work in a toxic environment where people are quitting left and right then you get rapidly promoted upwards then you make the jump to a better company haha.
