Hi, I love the reflective question. I read somewhere that pursuing a dream can cost not only money but other dreams as well, and this is what I based my decision on as a 25-year-old going through a quarter-life crisis. Which dream is more important, and which dreams am I willing to sacrifice in order to pursue that dream? Are the dreams I am choosing to pursue the ones I won’t regret letting go of? Will letting them go haunt me in the future? And will I have a more satisfying life after pursuing the more important dream?
That ending felt unfinished in the most intentional way. It left me suspended in thoughts about choice, meaning of life, and what it means to simply choose.
Thank you for trusting the readers with that silence, may we all remember that choice we made, in itself, is part of being alive.
