I saw whenever a corporation is in trouble, they will pay millions of dollars for a consultant team to come and access the issue, the final outcome is always the same, layoff, seem to be one answer fits all. In the end, many corporations do that at the local office will end up closing down that office and leaving the market, especially in small countries that are not the major market for them. Employees find themselves disposable, which is true. I find resonate with this part in this article.
