Seems to be a great book - but after I purchased the Kindle version I was disappointed. The pages did not render well, I was unable to read the book :-( Even after I extracted a PDF from the azw3 file it was unusable. Do you guys have a real, hi quality PDF you can share (or a working epub)? (I can send you the money with Paypal.)
